Energy Obelisk

The Energy Obelisk is located at the top of Mount Tan. It is the fifth obelisk to be used in the Enchanting skill; and will create one or more Energy Scroll for every Palm Scroll the player has in their inventory, granting 10 XP per Palm Scroll converted.

Players with at least level 40 Magic can cast the Energy Obelisk Teleport spell to quickly travel to the obelisk.
