Outburst is an explosive combat spell. It requires level 70 Magic to use, and grants ? experience per cast.

Casting this spell requires having Damogui's Staff equipped.

It costs ten Fire Scroll, four Fury Scroll, three Rage Scroll and two Blood Scroll to cast and has a max hit of 30. This spell also does splash damage, dealing damage to nearby enemies.
