Hello! My name is Ryan, as you may have guessed. I go by the same name in-game, so feel free to say hi if you see me around! I'm also known as Spegal.Dev, or more casually, The Wiki Guy. I am the lead developer and host of this wiki.
I started playing HighSpell on May the 4th, 2025, and instantly fell in love with it. As someone who began playing RuneScape in early 2001, this game was right up my alley. I can't wait to see where Dew continues to take it.
After noticing that the old Fandom wiki was outdated and impossible to edit, I offered to host a new version, this one! I didn't know much about wikis when I began, just some very light editing experience on other wikis (Brighter Shores & RuneScape). Learning how to set everything up here has been a challenge, to say the least, but also incredibly rewarding. Thankfully, Elvendaele was a huge help in importing data directly from the game files when we first setup the wiki.
