Golden Obelisk
The Golden Obelisk is located within the Goblin City and only accessible via the Golden Obelisk Teleport spell. It is the seventh obelisk to be used in the Enchanting skill; and will create one or more Alchemy Scroll for every Lucky Scroll the player has in their inventory, granting 12 
XP per Lucky Scroll converted.

The only way to access the Golden Obelisk is by casting the Golden Obelisk Teleport spell, requiring at least level 55 
. As a result, 55 Magic is a mandatory requirement for players wishing to create their own Alchemy Scrolls.
