The King Goblin Jockey is located deep within the Pickaxe Dungeon, which requires level 40 Mining to access. To summon him, players must use a Goblin Whistle, which is consumed upon activation. Only the player who uses the Goblin Whistle to summon the King Goblin Jockey can interact with it, making this encounter strictly solo-only.
