Driftwood Isle is basically the "Fishing Guild", accessible at 64 Fishing (unboostable).

From High Cove speak to Captain Henry on the docks to sail to Driftwood Isle. There is a Bank, gold rock for Mining, and beachside as well as ocean fishing spots on Driftwood Isle. There are numerous Driftwood spawns circling the small island as well as a couple Palm Trees. The Master Fisherman also has a shop set up selling a Master Rod.
