A Wizard can be found in a house near the Middlefern area. At level 52 Crime, players can pickpocket this Wizard for various scrolls.

There is also a small chance that the Wizard will drop a Witch's Hat upon defeat. Some speculate this may hint at a little "hanky panky" with a local Witch—though this remains unconfirmed and purely speculative.

Pickpocketing

At level 52 Crime, players can pickpocket Wizards for 80 XP. On failure, the player is stunned for 5 Ticks (3s), takes 3 damage, and the Wizard exclaims, "What on earth are you doing?"
