Portal Obelisk Chest
The Portal Obelisk Chest is located on the same island as the Portal Obelisk. It can be lockpicked at level 70 Crime for 400 
experience and has a respawn time of 400 Ticks (4m). Due to this timer, the chest provides a maximum of 6,000 experience per hour.
The only ways to access the chest are:
- By casting Portal Obelisk Teleport (requires 55 Magic), or
- By using the Warp Stone at the top of Wizard's Lookout (requires 70 Enchanting).
