McBoozy

McBoozy is an eccentric character found in the Gnome Hill jail. He plays a role in the Leprechaun Flute quest, where his tipsy behavior and questionable wisdom may prove more helpful than they first appear.

 Player: O'Shammy is free now!
   McBoozy: Why that's great news!  |  Oh, I's be havin' quite the headache now...  |  I'm just gonna lay down here for a bit to rest...
