Confusion is a debuff spell cast by the Old Magician as part of the game's anti-cheat system. When affected, players are required to complete a captcha to remove the debuff. While active, the Confusion status does not directly damage the player but temporarily disables normal gameplay until the captcha is successfully completed[1].
Confusion cannot be cast by players.
Because the Old Magician is currently unused[2], Confusion is by extension also unused.
