Blood Obelisk

The Blood Obelisk is located deep in the Wastelands. It is the last obelisk to be used in the Enchanting skill; and will create one or more Blood Scroll for every Deadwood Scroll the player has in their inventory, granting 17 XP per Deadwood Scroll converted.

Players with at least level 55 Magic can cast the Blood Obelisk Teleport spell to quickly travel to the obelisk.
