Smee is located in Pirate's Bay and plays an important role in the Dragonsmoke Island quest. Loyal and sharp-tongued, he assists in advancing the questline and is closely tied to the pirate faction's involvement in the storyline.

 Smee: Get lost landlubber, I've no time for you

 Player: I need a pirate shirt
   Smee: Aye, is that so? And you think a pirate will just lend you the shirt off his salty back, do ye?
   Player: Thats what I was hoping yes
     Smee: Well don't be getting yer hopes up matey
       Smee: Why are ye needing a pirate shirt anyhow?
       Player: I want to be a pirate
         Smee: Is that so?  |  Well if you really want a pirate shirt, I might know a man who can give one to ye  |  An ol' ex-pirate buddy o' mine, Roger  |  He's given up a life on the sea, and last I heard hes been living somewhere in Celadon City  |  Oh and if you find him, tell him Smee sent ye
       Player: I just really like your style
         Smee: Blimey...
   Player: I'm willing to pay
     Smee: Arr, this shirt be the only one I got
       Smee: Why are ye needing a pirate shirt anyhow?
       Player: I want to be a pirate

 Smee: So did ye find ol' Roger?

 Player: Yep, he's doing well
   Smee: Aye, glad to hear it!

 Player: Yea, but he needs to lay off the rum
   Smee: Aye, don't we all

 Smee: Why look at that, ye got yerself a pirate shirt

 Player: Yep, it feels good to be a pirate

 Player: Blackbeard said you can take me to Dragonsmoke Island
   Smee: Oh did he now?
     Smee: Very well, let us depart

 Player: Can you take me to Dragonsmoke Island
   Smee: Arr, ye need to be wearing a pirate shirt for me to take ye there

 Player: Let's go back to Dragonsmoke Island
   Smee: Very well, let us depart

 Smee: Blimey, it looks like the volcano erupted and destroyed the town!  |  Can ye search around and see if ye can find any suvivors? I'll stay back and watch the boat

 Player: I found a pirate named Benson
   Smee: Aye, we should head back to Blackbeard then and inform him of the situation
     Smee: Shall we set sail?
     Player: Yes
       Smee: Let us depart
