Shadow Bankers function exactly the same as regular Bankers, providing full banking services including deposits, withdrawals, and item storage. Despite their mysterious appearance, they are entirely safe to use.

Originally, Shadow Bankers were intended to be deposit-only, but Dew later changed his mind and allowed them to function as full banks.^[1]
