Locations
To fight Cursed Goblins in the Goblin City, players must have level 55 Magic and use the Golden Obelisk Teleport spell. Accessing the eastern spawn requires the Goblin Banker's Key, which is obtained by opening golden chests near the Golden Obelisk.
Players who do not meet these requirements will need to fight Cursed Goblins in the Wastelands instead, where no teleport or key is needed; but the area is far more dangerous due to its PvP nature.
