Goblin Banker
The Goblin Banker is found within the Goblin City. To access the area behind the locked door nearby, players must have level 55 Magic to cast the Golden Obelisk Teleport spell, and possess the Goblin Banker's Key, which is obtained by opening golden chests near the Golden Obelisk.
