Outburst is an explosive combat spell. It requires level 70 Magic to use, and grants 50 
experience per cast.

Casting this spell requires having Damogui's Staff equipped.
It costs ten Fire Scroll, four Fury Scroll, three Rage Scroll and two Blood Scroll to cast and has a max hit of 30. This spell also does splash damage, dealing damage to nearby enemies within 3 tiles.
Splash damage on additional targets depends on the distance from the center target (100% for main tile, 75% for 1 tile, 50% for 2 tiles away). Splash damage also gives XP.
