The Portal Obelisk is can be accessed via the top floor of Wizard's Lookout, by interacting with the Warp Stone. It is the eighth obelisk to be used in the Enchanting skill; and will create one or more Warp Scroll for every Sakura Scroll the player has in their inventory, granting 14 XP per Sakura Scroll converted.

Players with at least level 55 Magic can cast the Portal Obelisk Teleport spell to quickly travel to the obelisk.
