Middlefern is a farming settlement in the middle of the map.
There are a couple buildings within Middlefern in addition to a stall ran by a Chef, pens full of Chickens and Cows, and a graveyard guarded by a Ghost. Multiple stoves lie inside houses throughout, as well as Farmers and Men. There is a field of potatoes, wheat and a decorative windmill.
Directly to the west lies Ned's Squirrel Ranch, while the south road takes you to Anglham Castle. Celadon City can be found at the end of the road heading north-east.
