Banks are buildings found throughout in cities, towns, and along major routes between settlements in HighSpell. They allow players to deposit and withdraw items stored in their inventory, providing centralized access to all stored belongings.
Each bank typically includes one or more Bankers and bank chests. Interacting with the chests opens the banking interface, which displays the player's full inventory of stored items. All banks are interconnected—items deposited at one location can be accessed from any other.
In addition to standard banks, players may encounter Shadow Bankers in more unusual or remote areas. Despite their suspicious appearance, they offer identical functionality to regular Bankers.
Banks also support the use of IOU notes, allowing unstackable items to be traded in stackable form—an essential feature for smoother trading and inventory management.
