The Water Obelisk is located at Fymel Pond, east of Ictirine City. It is the first obelisk to be used in the Enchanting skill; and will create one or more Water Scroll for every Scroll the player has in their inventory, granting 5 XP each.

Players with at least level 35 Magic can cast the Water Obelisk Teleport spell to quickly travel to the obelisk.
