The Underworld refers to the many caves, dungeons, and basements located beneath the surface of the Overworld in HighSpell. These underground areas are home to some of the most dangerous and rewarding content in the game, including higher-level NPCs, chests, and quest-related locations.
As players progress in level and power, they'll find themselves spending more time in the Underworld to train combat skills, acquire rare loot, and take on more difficult challenges. Some well-known Underworld locations include the Undercroft Dungeon, the Seashell Shore Dungeon, and the Dwarf Caverns.
Access to these areas is usually through ladders or cave entrances found throughout the Overworld. Be sure to bring enough food and gear when venturing below—many Underworld zones offer no easy escape.
