The [[Golden Obelisk]] is located within the [[Goblin City]] and only accessible via the [[Golden Obelisk Teleport]] spell. It is the seventh obelisk to be used in the [[Enchanting]] [[skills|skill]]; and will create one or more [[Alchemy Scroll]] for every [[Lucky Scroll]] the player has in their inventory, granting 12 {{SkillIcon|Enchanting}} XP per Lucky Scroll converted.
