Blackbeard is a notorious pirate who can be found in Pirate's Bay. Gruff and cunning, he plays a key role in the Dragonsmoke Island quest, where his knowledge of hidden routes and buried secrets proves essential to advancing the storyline.

     Player: Never heard of that place
       Blackbeard: Dragonsmoke Island, it be an island far south of here, a place many a pirate calls home
       Player: Oh that place sounds dangerous
         Blackbeard: Arr, indeed it be quite dangerous
       Player: Can I go there
         Blackbeard: Arr, only pirates are allowed there
         Player: I'm a pirate
           Blackbeard: Arr, you don't even have a pirate shirt  |  How can you possibly be a pirate without the proper shirt?
           Player: Oh you're right, how silly of me
             Blackbeard: Arr...

             Blackbeard: Arr, I suggest ye try asking around to see if anyone will lend ye one  |  But I wouldn't be getting me hopes up

   Player: Ok, I'll look around

     Blackbeard: Arr, that scallywagger Benson  |  You tell him that Blackbeard said to let you explore the volcano  |  And if he still refuses, tell him I'll let everyone know that little secret of his

   Player: I saw some undead pirates
     Blackbeard: Undead pirates you say? Arr, that be strange indeed...  |  You need to find out what is really going on there

 Blackbeard: So, did ye find anything interesting around the volcano yet?

 Player: Not yet
   Blackbeard: Arr...

 Player: Just a bunch of undead pirates

 Player: I found a mad wizard named Isradore
   Blackbeard: Isradore?  |  So the legends be true...  |  Arr, you need to deal with him and save our island!  |  I will reward you nicely

 Blackbeard: Did you defeat Isradore?

 Player: Yep
   Blackbeard: Arr, thank you matey! Have this reward

 Blackbeard: Thank you again for defeating Isradore

 Player: No problem

 Player: When are you planning on sailing back to Dragonsmoke Island
   Blackbeard: Arr, it'll take a while to get our ship repaired  |  Until then, we'll be stuck here for the time being
