The Fire Obelisk is located down the ladder in Seashell Shores' Bank. It is the third obelisk to be used in the Enchanting skill; and will create one or more Fire Scroll for every Scroll the player has in their inventory, granting 8 
XP per Scroll converted.
Players with at least level 40 Magic can cast the Fire Obelisk Teleport spell to quickly travel to the obelisk.
