Elves reside in the Land of Elves, located across the northern bridge just outside Celadon City. They are a great way to stockpile an arrow collection if you have a high enough Crime level to do so.
Pickpocketing[edit]
At level 78 Crime, players can pickpocket Elves for 225 
XP. On failure, the player is stunned for 6 Ticks (3.6s), takes up to 4 damage, and the Elf exclaims, "What are you doing?"
