Peggy is the owner of Peggy's Potions & Magic Shop in Celadon City. Her shop is a key location for potionmaking and magic-related supplies, featuring a prominent Witch's Cauldron on the main floor.
If you have at least level 50 in Potionmaking, Peggy will grant you access to her locked basement. Inside, you'll find both a Witch's Cauldron and a Wizard's Cauldron, conveniently located next to a bank chest—making it a perfect spot for high-level potion crafting.
