	The [[Portal Obelisk]] is located on the top floor of [[Wizard's Lookout]], via the [[Warp Stone]]. It is the eighth obelisk to be used in the [[Enchanting]] [[skills\|skill]]; and will create one [[Warp Scroll]] for every [[Sakura Scroll]] the player has in their inventory, granting 14 {{SkillIcon\|Enchanting}} XP per Sakura Scroll converted.
