Cave Bears are powerful creatures found in the depths of HighSpell's underground. They are highly sought after by adventurers due to their chance to drop the Legendary Longsword and Celadon Chainmail Body, making them a popular target despite their danger.
Efficient Grinding Location[edit]
A convenient location to train on Cave Bears is inside the cave just west of Gnome Hill. If you have at least level 65 Fishing and 60 Cooking, this area offers excellent sustain for extended trips.
By traveling through the cave and exiting the far side, you'll reach a small beach that includes both a fire and a river fishing spot. This setup allows you to catch and cook Turtles on the spot, providing a steady food supply and enabling near-permanent training without needing to bank.
