Goblin City is an underground location inhabited by various types of Goblins, with the most notable being the powerful Cursed Goblins. To access the city, players must use the Golden Obelisk Teleport spell, which requires at least level 50 Magic (with a dose of Potion Of Magic).
At the very north of the city lies the Golden Obelisk, used to convert Lucky Scrolls into Alchemy Scrolls. Players must have level 50 Magic and cast the teleport spell to reach the obelisk for the first time.
