The Golden Obelisk is the seventh obelisk used in the Enchanting skill; and is located within Goblin City, accessible only by casting the Golden Obelisk Teleport spell. Interacting with it will consume all Lucky Scrolls in the player's inventory, converting each into one or more Alchemy Scrolls and awarding 12 
experience per Lucky Scroll used.
Access[edit]
To reach the Golden Obelisk for the first time, players must cast the Golden Obelisk Teleport spell. Afterward, access becomes easier with the Goblin Banker's Key, which allows you to open the locked door to the south, provided the key is in your inventory.
There are convenient bank chests located in a room east of the obelisk.
Goblin Banker's Key[edit]
The Goblin Banker's Key is found in the treasure room north of the Golden Obelisk. This key is required to enter both the eastern and western sections of the Cursed Goblin district within Goblin City. Since obtaining the key requires teleporting to the obelisk, level 55 Magic is effectively required to access either Cursed Goblin spawn.
