The Celadon Stone is found inside the Forest Warrior Dungeon, accessible via the ladder near Summerton. It is used to recharge a dull Celadon Orb, restoring it to a fully charged state. A charged Celadon Orb provides 5 uses before it must be recharged at the Celadon Stone again.
