Mining
Mining is a gathering skill that revolves around using a pickaxe on a rock to gather ore. Mining experience is earned for each ore mined. Once gathered, ore can be smelted in a furnace either by itself or with other types of ore to create a metal bar, which can then be smithed into equipment with a Hammer and anvil.
Temporary Boosts
Potion Of Mining (1) and Potion Of Mining (2) can be used to temporarily boost Mining levels.
A boosted level can be used to equip a higher tier of pickaxe, but once the boost wears off you will be unable to mine with it equipped.
A boosted Mining level cannot be used to enter the Mining Guild before reaching the required level of 65.
Pickaxe Requirements
Pickaxes can be purchased from Emeril's Mining Depot in the middle of the Dwarf Caverns or Thadric's Pickaxes inside the Mining Guild
