The Undercroft Key is obtained in the fourteenth room of the Undercroft Dungeon. It is dropped by a Hell Giant, who also drops Giant Bones when defeated.

This key is used to unlock either the door to the next room in the dungeon or the third chest, which will end your current run if opened. If the key is lost somehow, or is not picked up in time, players can summon another Hell Giant to obtain a new key.
